About Our Referral Services
Latresa's Haven Referral Services helps individuals, families, case managers, social workers, and community partners connect with shared housing and independent living placement options.
Our referral service is separate from Latresa's Haven Independent Living housing program and is available to help clients locate appropriate housing options based on their needs. We work with a network of housing providers and community partners to find placements that match our clients' preferences, budgets, and support requirements.
Latresa's Haven Referral Services provides referral and placement assistance only. We do not provide medical care, skilled nursing care, or licensed clinical services.
Referral Service Fee
$350 Flat Fee
The referral fee includes placement assistance and replacement/retention support. No additional referral fee is charged for replacement assistance covered under the service terms.
